Our Number One Club is for our Sales employees in sales commission roles and is designed to recognise the best of the best. A smaller group of qualifiers, the Number One Club is an annual incentive trip that spends 4 nights and 5 days in a unique location. Number One Qualifiers are invited to bring their partners on the incentive and the itinerary is all about self-guided activities and joint dinners.
Who is eligible?
Eligibility to the Number One club is for our Sales employees that are in sales commission roles. Unfortunately, Customer Care in the NPS incentive program are not eligible for this program.
How to qualify
- The program runs from 1 April till 31 March each year in line with the company financial year. Participants who join after 1 July each year are not eligible for Number One Club in that financial year.
- Qualifiers must have been in an eligible role for a minimum of 9 months in the financial year and in an eligible role at the time of the event.
- Qualifiers require a performance rating of 1 or 2 in the year of qualification.
